Blake Reid, Zainab Alkebsi and RERC Director Christian Vogler examine technical and legal angles in a <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/lawreview.colorado.edu\/digital\/telehealth-and-telework-accessibility-in-a-pandemic-induced-virtual-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Colorado Law Review essay<\/a>, as well as a <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/siliconflatirons.org\/announcements\/new-essay-on-telehealth-and-telework-accessibility-in-a-pandemic-induced-virtual-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">virtual roundtable hosted by Silicon Flatirons<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The essay and the event address disability law\u2019s COVID-related \u201cfrailty\u201d: how the pandemic has undermined equal access to employment and healthcare for&nbsp;Americans who are deaf, hard of hearing or DeafBlind as healthcare and employment migrate toward telehealth and telework activities.
